Salary Range: $100,000.00 base salary, negotiable based on experience + benefits include health insurance and PTO.
Lucky Day is seeking a Post Producer. You will work alongside the Head of Production (HoP) to facilitate the production of Lucky Day projects. You will need to communicate in an efficient, concise, and amiable manner while tackling the different demands that will arise throughout the project workflow. This role is responsible for nurturing client relationships and must demonstrate a capacity to anticipate project complications and possess the ability to implement effective solutions. Fostering a positive work environment is central to Lucky Day's ethos. Post Producers will work alongside the HoP to maintain this positive work climate while bidding, scheduling, and managing jobs from ingestion to delivery. Lucky Day Post Producers will be tasked with managing complex budgets and schedules, balancing workflow efficiency and team rapport, while ensuring delivery of the highest quality work.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of post-production experience, advertising, and commercial experience are a plus
- The ability to lead multiple teams in order to achieve goals and deliverables while working with clients and internal teams from project start through delivery
- A clear understanding of Post Production from editorial through archiving
- Proficient in Showbiz Budgeting, Slack, Google Workspace, Frame.io, and Adobe apps
- Strong knowledge of video production with a focus on commercial and social campaigns
- Strong skills in clear and direct communication (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to anticipate and problem-solve as needed in order to maintain efficient and productive workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, focus, and guide teams to delivery on time, within budget, and consistent with creative direction
- Devise the best approach for each project, and manage teams appropriately
- Guide and supervise teams - establish project schedule and corresponding needs while maintaining efficient communication between associated team members
- Create detailed calendars for each project and efficiently track each project's progress
- Secure and book resources based upon project need (editorial, graphics, audio, flame, color, and/or other).
- Maintain detailed attention to Internal and Client needs in order to deliver on project requirements
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with HoP regarding project(s)’ progress and budget to ensure the project remains in scope and on budget.
- Review and ensure quality control on every outgoing piece to maintain the highest quality output
- Deliver on time to the highest possible quality
- Maintain awareness and manage completion of the job wrap process.
- Communicate effectively, clearly, and directly with everyone involved in the project(s)
