Not to be taken seriously at all except when it’s time to be serious. Spencer Eide started his commercial journey as an on-set PA who was occasionally featured as a deep background construction worker, donut shop employee, and “prisoner #8.” His focus has always been producing from Production Coordinator to Production Manager, Offline Producer to Color Producer, producing all things finish, and landing in his current role as an Executive Producer with a technical background and a focus on Finishing.
He enjoys the puzzle of using process to control chaos. Snuggling up with a good spec sheet. And has a penchant for watching the progress bar eek by. He’s worked in feature films, indies, reality TV, and episodics but his main focus has always been commercials.
Other than coffee, his drive is to have fun while producing quality work. “If we can’t laugh while we work then what’s the point?”
