Felicia Diaz is a Senior Finishing Producer at Mirror Mirror, where she helps shepherd projects through the final stages of post-production, bringing together color, sound, VFX, and delivery to create polished work that looks and feels its absolute best. With a background spanning audio production, offline producing, and finishing, she brings a holistic understanding of the post process and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to every project.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Felicia found her way back to Los Angeles and into finishing through what she describes as a natural progression of her career. She loves the collaborative nature of post-production, translating creative visions into achievable workflows and helping teams navigate complex projects with clarity and care. While she appreciates every aspect of finishing, she’s especially drawn to the transformative power of color and is a passionate advocate for the often-overlooked role that sound plays in storytelling.
Outside of work, Felicia is an avid foodie with strong opinions about pizza and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, a devotee of shoegaze and dream pop, and a longtime fan of author Octavia E. Butler. Whether she’s discovering a new restaurant, revisiting a favorite film, or dreaming up a future novel, she’s always drawn to stories that leave a lasting impression.
